

An
interdisciplinary degree program offerd by the College of Arts and
Sciences and the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. The
degree program is based on courses offered by the departments of
Biological
Sciences, Chemistry,
Geography, Geology, and Civil, Structural and
Environmental Engineering. The
goal of this degree is to train environmental scientists and
prepare
students for graduate school or for entry level positions in
environmental
consulting firms, non-governmental organizations and governmental
environmental
agencies.
